Fed raises rates to 3.75%–4% — and bitcoin still closed September up 6.4%

The Federal Reserve raised its target range by a quarter point to 3.75%–4% on Sept. 16 in a 12–0 vote. Bitcoin still finished the month 6.4% higher.
It was a unanimous decision, with no dissents.
Rising Treasury yields remain the main headwind traders cite for October.
