Chainlink hits its 2026 high after the CCIP 2.0 launch

LINK jumped almost 12% in a day to its highest level of 2026 after Chainlink launched CCIP 2.0, its upgraded cross-chain standard. LINK now trades near $14.29, +7.9% on the week.
CCIP 2.0 lets users run their own cross-chain verifiers and adds a third-party verification marketplace.
It integrates Chainlink’s compliance engine with KYC/AML checks and transaction controls.
LINK is up about 26% year to date, ahead of bitcoin.
